Cristin Cummins

Cristin is a NASM certified personal trainer who began her training career in 2010 after graduating from Boston University. After a year in Boston post-graduation, she moved back to her hometown in Westbrook, CT and began training in CT. Cristin fell in love with the community. Her training programs focus on corrective exercise. She assesses her client’s needs and develops a regimen to ensure each client moves efficiently. Cristin uses a combination of endurance, flexibility, resistance and balance training to give clients a well-rounded and functional experience. Her programs are designed to fit specific needs, challenging the individual while remaining manageable. Over the years, Cristin has helped her clients lose weight, increase postural alignment, reduce resting heart rate, and improve stamina, balance, and flexibility. Cristin has a passion for the day to day in each training session as well as the long term picture. She works with clients of all ages and abilities.

Diane Ruggiero

Diane has been a certified personal trainer in her hometown of Clinton for 15 years. In 2001 she left the world of retail management to pursue her passion for fitness and helping others accomplish feats they thought were not possible while achieving life changing results. Over the years she has worked with everyone from athletes to seniors and enjoys the uniqueness of each client. The importance of developing trust and a bond with her clients is a priority. She is committed to helping each client reach personal goals through specialized programs designed to meet their individual needs. All while having FUN! She is currently working on her corrective exercise specialist certification with NASM. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, dancing and baking. Now that her daughters are both in college she would like to take up golfing.

Marc Radawich

Marc is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. He has been active in athletics all his life. Marc played baseball for Morgan High School and went on to coach the team for 7 years. In addition to baseball, during high school, Marc found a passion for golf. He is a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) level one certified golf instructor. Marc enjoys helping his clients achieve enhanced golf movement through correcting issues with mobility and stability. Marc not only helps clients improve their golf game, he helps them achieve whatever their specific needs may be. He has helped clients lose weight, gain strength, increase flexibility and feel better overall. In addition to working as a certified personal trainer, Marc works in the pediatric stress lab at Yale New Haven Hospital. He enjoys the opportunity every day to help people of all ages live a healthier life.

Matt Strucaly

Matt is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. Matt’s passion for athletics began in his childhood, playing soccer. He has also been involved in Muay Thai kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, and mixed martial arts. He has participated in three amateur MMA fights. Through weight lifting and sports specific training, Matt peaked his tolerance for pain in fights. Recognizing the benefits of training, Matt decided to pursue a career in helping people reach their goals. Matt thrives on encouraging clients to find a passion and channel that to reach a new fitness level.


Samantha Strott

Samantha has been in the health and fitness industry for the last 16 years. She started her fitness path as a kickboxing instructor at a local martial arts studio in 2006. A few years later she became a certified personal trainer and has been working with clients on the shoreline since. Sam believes the power of exercise can heal and strengthen both the body and mind. Her greatest satisfaction as a trainer is having the ability to help people empower themselves with the correct exercise program for their specific needs, whether increasing functionality, overcoming an injury, increasing energy and movement, weight loss, muscle toning/building, or all aspects combined.

Sue Nelson

Sue has been in the fitness industry since 1996, first as an instructor and then continuing as a personal trainer. Pleased with the results gained while taking various group exercise classes, she wanted to share her positive experiences with others as an instructor. With more experience as an instructor, Sue realized that she could impact others on a one-on-one basis as a trainer. In 2003 she earned her personal trainer certification from AFAA; more recently she earned her certification from NASM. Training people of all ages, her objective is to help each individual achieve their fitness objectives, emphasizing proper form to minimize risk of injury. Sue uses a combination of strength training and stretching to correct muscle imbalances. Having a strong Pilates background has helped her develop an eye for proper alignment and the importance of core strength.
